You have ordered the wrong product(s)?
Only if you are a private person you have the possibility to exchange or return your product and only if it has not been specially ordered or produced for you. The returnded product should be complete with all accesories in the original, undamaged carton or package and no traces of use should be visible. The cost of the eventual shipment is at your own charge.
The value of the returned product will be reimbursed on your bank account within 14 days.
In order to be allowed to ship back a product you will need a document issued by our administration. Please sent us your request to "administratie@allcommunications.be" with the name of the buyer, the order or invoice number and the identification of the product (productcode).
Based on the receipt of this filed document we will inform you by email to ship back the product.
We will not accept returns or exchanges of products under the following conditions:
- damaged products or with visible traces of usage.
- incomplete accessories
- damaged package
- products without the return document issued by our administration
We cannot be held responsible for occasional slow deliveries from the transporter or damage during the transport.
